Are you participating in NAFB Trade Talk in November? Wondering what farm broadcasters are looking for in an interview and news story? Be sure to join us at our next Farm Broadcasting Forum webinar, scheduled for 1–2 p.m. Central, on Wednesday, October 25. We are bringing together three broadcasting and industry veterans who will provide tips on how to get the most out of Trade Talk and what broadcasters look for in a media pitch:

Cindy Cunningham

DeLoss Jahnke

Susan Littlefield
  • Cindy Cunningham, Woodruff. Cindy brings insights as a broadcaster, agriculture association executive, and PR leader.
  • DeLoss Jahnke, RFD Illinois. DeLoss, a veteran farm broadcaster, is network and audio services anchor/editor for the 80-station radio network in Illinois.
  • Susan Littlefield, KRVN/Rural Radio Network. Susan is the farm director for the radio network in Nebraska and has 30-plus years of experience in farm broadcasting.

We will have an open discussion on best practices for gaining earned radio coverage, plus an update on Trade Talk and the NAFB Convention. Bring your questions for the panelists and join the conversation!

Participation in the webinar is free to NAFB Allied Industry Council members, but registration is required. Zoom credentials for the webinar will be emailed to each participant on Tuesday, October 17.
