Responsibilities Include:
About the Job
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients through sound counsel, creative problem solving, idea generation, and flawless execution
- Review our client’s data and internal expertise to weave together powerful pitches
- Develop relationships with journalists to connect them with information and
- Drive successful media relations efforts on behalf of clients through key message development, media training, pitching compelling stories, building strong relationships with industry and national business/consumer reporters, bloggers, and influencers
- Develop measurable programs that are on strategy and within budget
- Manage financials, ensuring programs and projects are profitable
- Analyze and report on client program metrics and shift direction as needed
- Research, write, edit and present content to clients, including communications and marketing plans, POVs, Q&As, press materials
- Draw from marketing and branding experience to support fully integrated campaigns for clients
- Enroll and lead an integrated team of creative, media, digital, and analytics team members to exceed client objectives
- Lead development of creative work with a creative team
- Identify new opportunities with clients and prospective clients to build incremental business
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback; identify beneficial training and development opportunities
- Manage junior team members
Qualifications
We’re looking for required skills, and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Diversity of thought and background are encouraged. Typical qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred. Master’s degree in a communications field desirable
- 7+ years of experience of agency and/or corporate public relations experience, three years basic supervisory experience

Interested? We’ve got an opportunity for you.The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
