The Charleston ARC meeting has come and gone. We had great attendance, an excellent tour. We handed out awards to some very deserving ag PR pros and we inducted two outstanding people into the new Ag PR Hall of Fame. Overall, it was a great meeting. And we surpassed a crucial membership milestone.

Good Day. As many of you know, the Ag Media Summit (AMS) is taking place July 24-27 in New Orleans. For the third consecutive year, AMS and the Agricultural Relations Council (ARC) are partnering for a silent auction to benefit our two organizations to help defray expenses for students to attend the meeting.  Last year's Silent Auction at the AMS in St. Paul, Minn., was a big success, raising more than $3,500.
